  1. Arabic speaking 
  2. BCBA or BCABA certified, or at least have completed all coursework for certification and only have supervision remaining 
  3. have experience working with kids with autism. 

The salary for a bachelor's level BCaBA case manager starts at SR 6000 per month. Other benefits include:
